Returning the Product

Pack the product securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during return shipping.
Ship the product back using a trackable shipping method. Fentty Beauty is not responsible for any damage or loss during return shipping.
Refund Process
Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after inspection.
Return Shipping Costs
Quality Issues or Incorrect Products: Fentty Beauty will cover the return shipping costs.
Change of Mind or Other Reasons: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Non-returnable Items
